Wow, what a crazy, fun, chaotic, scary, social session. Three Jeppo's on the water - wife and brother - fun times.

A crazy game mixed somewhere between Pinball and British Bulldogs.
There were crashes galore, bail-outs a plenty and a feeling of how did
I not crash into anyone

Almost there, nearly half way to 50knts!
22.85knts on the RS-One, then walked the shame from the pier.
118 Super Sport, too bouncy.
106 JP Allride, 5.7 NP Atlas, nice, no bounce. PB's on this rig.
Tried 92 JP Single Thruster, there was only one of them; will have to come back to that one another, more skilled-up day.

Crazy quick sail at the end of the JP NP Caravan of Horror when the wind went WSW 20 - 30 kts
Luke gave me an Allride 106 with an Atlas 5.8 to try. Sail ok board brilliant. Would have loved to have put my 5.8 Koncept on it
Boys and Girls all lined up for a great time on a very short speed strip

Quick sail at the end of a big weekend with the NP/JP trailer. Didnt even sail for 1 hr with my GPS.
Tried a bit of the JP/NP gear and an RS-one, but too much standing around waiting for something to become available and when it did, it took too much fiddling with harness lines etc to get them in the right spot. Would love a day where i can spend a solid few hours playing and tuning so i can make a proper assessment . Sooo.. i went an rigged my own gear and missed the best part of the wind.
Went out on my isonic 86slim & 5.3 Kult (should've gone the 5.9 koyote), did 2 runs on Burke St and had people beach start and crash all over the place in front of me, so i got out of there and went to the middle channel. Tide was racing against the wind so there were massive standing pressure waves, almost waist high and about 1/2 a meter apart. A bit gnarly for sailing in. Went back to Burke St for 2 more runs, got my 32, then the wind died so i went home for a frothy.
A great weekend though, it was awesome to get so many beginners through in the mornings with the clinics, and even better to see so many women giving it a go.

Wind came up after I packed up. Most of the runs were done on a SUP.
Thanks for organising the wind, Doug!

First time out with a GPS. Puts a whole new perspective on my sailing and a new level of competitive drive to improve technique.
Surprised myself by being able to hang on to the rig in the prevailing conditions. (well most of the time) Lost it a few times when I didnt know what to do when the board got airborne. Will have to work on technique in chop at full speed.
Looking forward to Australia day long weekend.
