Choppy day at bog and also gusty. Had a big big stack at 36 knots when a piece of chop tripped me up and I went over the handle bars. Maybe I should get a life jacket and wear my helmet? Na:-)) it Stripped my harness clean off breaking all the straps on it and also straightening the hook:-((. Left me winded in the water but I soon got in and got my spare harness and kept riding. Fun day with carl and others GEAR: 6 m hot sails with 89 fanatic
