Sputnik, 6.2 Saber then 5.4 NP raf, 30 weedy
Rigged the 6.2 and headed out. Was well overpowered in the bullets so came in and changed down to the 5.4. Pete arrived and took yhe fanatic falcon out. At times was well lit up but could only get kilometer runs in as beyond that the water was messed up on the rough side of the spit. Came in early to save something for Sunday when it,s a south easterly.

too strong for my gear today - it was a constant struggle to keep it all down and kept getting lifted onto my toes, threatening a 'pult.
big stack when I caught the rail just on entering a gybe at lunatic pace - I flew over the nose with chin-tucked and my hands covering my head. it all happened lighteningly quick - but I must have rotated and landed on my back as i came up a touch winded. not too bad but then discovered the impact had blown my watch off, presumably the band gave way. it's at the bottom somewhere keeping time for the carp now - it served me well.
anyways, while I was struggling, Sam and Carl were eating up the conditions. i'd be unsurprised if they post some good figures today.

4397 days ago Rigged 6m hot sails maui on 95 fanatic with 33cm fin. Very hard to keep it together today as was blowing its tits off and a little choppy. Fun day with the regulars. Carl was smoking out some good numbers. Think today is my best peak and average for boggy :-)

We didn't get till late in the day, wind was gusty as normal and did a lot standing around.Very hard to pick a line though the chop but lucky to get some hairy runs in.Had some very near crashes.Cant wait to sail in some flat water again.Still nice to get another quick sail in.

4396 days ago What a day - PB for peak and average at boggy lake. At last we seem to have a decent run on northerlies and south westerlies. Early in the day displayed a 39.67 and didn't remember doing a run that felt that fast - ended up a spike. Later in the day managed a 39.2 to make up for it. Caught up with Sam and found he had done a 38 knot peak with a high 36 - 5 x 10 - PB for him too - well done you were smoking mate. Absolutely loving the Hot Sail Maui GPS 6m, isonic 86 and R325 Black project combo - so fast and comfy through the chop - can't wait to get this combo to Lake George.
Wind was w-sw 23 to 30 maybe some stronger gusts. Sam and me found 4 x pointed ended tree branches in the water up near the bushes at the top of lake - BEWARE of this spot. Great to see a decent crew out and good to catch up with Chris D again.
Excellent day and ended up at the drags watching 8000 hp Funny cars smoke the 1/4 mile - LIFE IS GOOD.

4396 days ago 2 sea sessions today,
F2 stoke 117, jp 36 weedy and 6.6 KA Koncept.
went out at 8.30 in the offshore northerly but it only lasted half an hour and swung to the west and started to drop so packd up and went back to te van and had a nanna nap.
after lunch was a lot better and had a good blast out to sea, was a bit bouncy at times as not enough swell to knock the chop down a bit.
had a few nice big floaty jumps on the race sail.
really enjoyed the sea for a change.
well done the rest of the crew on some great numbers
afternoon session.
morning session.
