Got out of bed too late and missed the best of it, tried to support Bender's hour but ran out of wind, good job Elmo was on the ball.

Not to bad a session on the easterly, went for an hour run but kept stuffing jibes in particular carrying to much speed through the jibe and having the sail bang over and belt me in the face (officially know as the ForFvcksake jibe).

Happy with the new JP as I found out today it carries some good speed through the turn and handles quite nicely.

Great session with the Mobsters

Hardies on an early morning easterly.  Wind was a bit light to start with, and just got lighter.  Still good to get a sail in though.  Evets and I had a gybe video session, but the wind was just a bit too light to plane out.

Decrepit shows us how it's done

Evets halfway round.

A great early morning session with the MM. arrived 07.20 sun still below the scarp. Rigged 6.5 which was brilliant today, backed off downhall by about 20mm when wind dropped which helped. Sailed Elmo's Flow with his 31cm JP weedie, what a great board for blasting/ ease of use. Nebs videod my gybing after pointing out 2 errors: not allowing the sail to sheet out as I passed through the wind and also stamping on the back of the board/ not having weight forward after rig flip. Improved on both of these points and went close to improving pb alpha despite the relatively poor wind

Hundreds of magpie geese on the esturary today, good wind, warm water and great people. It doesn't get better! Thenak to all of the MM for their support tips, getting my mast back into 2 peices. Smile
