Manta 67 Vector 30cm  Blade 5.6  wind 10-38knts  Lake Bonney

Quick session today conditions were crazy temp was 35degc,it was the same as yesterday gusty plenty of holes except today was alot windier in the end i had enough and called ity quits....it wasn't fun.Watched Hamma hook onto a couple of nice gusts and do some smoking runs he was still there when i left so expect some nice times.

Morning session at north haven with Joe.  1st time at this spot - wont be the last.  Warm n / nw winds - 18 - 23 knots with some mid 20 knot gusts.  Alot of kiters out but they seem to keep their distance.  Tried to ride up near the wall but very square conditions and kiters made it hard.  You had to power out into the ocean chop.  Amazing how it buggers you so much quicker out in the ocean than lake sailing.  Great to sail 30 minutes from home, clean water, boardies and in the open sea it really makes you feel alive.  With a bit more wind and more n/ne i think this spot will be alot of fun.

North Haven 18 - 23 with some mid 20 gusts.

Short session today, very gusty again 0-40.to off shore with hills and trees blocking the wind.Very hard sailing.Choco left so I decided to call it a day.Just 2 bear offs and lot of swiming.I felt like I sailed 100 km.PB for Lake Bonney.

15-20 WITH SOME 25. LOTS OF FUN. NICE DAY OUT IN THE SUN WITH NO WETTY

ONLY SAILED 65 K BUT FEELS LIKE 650K. MUST BE GETTING OLD

CARL WAS SMOKING. CAN SEE HIM COMMING BACK ON THE NEXT NORTHERLY.
