JP Slalom 65cm, NP RSR Eiii 7.8m, Talon 38cm, JP Slalom 40cm

Went out hunting for cars wioth my beloved this morning, on the way back noticed there was a nice load of whitecaps on the ocean, dropped by Novara on the way home and the wind was starting to get in there.

Got home quickly hooked up the trailer and toddled down the run, got down there and there was a few more white caps, feew texts to Snides to tease him about the conditions and a quick rig, went with the 7.8 incase the wind was a momentary fragment of my deluded imagination and as I had limited time on the water this arvy didn't want to spend time dogging it.

First to hit the water and the first thing i noticed was the wind wasn't as strong as what it looked, still it felt nice top be zipping along on some nice runs, the Talon was giving me some grief so I changed up to the JP 40 slalom fin, which straight away proved to be better choice as it was way more stable and quicker to boot.

Spent most of the session testing and tuning sussing out the new sail, starting to get it dialed, still trying to get my head around making a pointer go fast.

Great fun little session, home with a smile on the dialCool now got to have a quick shower and make a feeble attempt and making me presentable for when I go to the Top gear show tonight with my ladsCoolCoolCoolCool

Happy Muppet

Wanted to take it a bit easy today, so thought I'd rig for the predicted max on willy weather (22kts) and hope to collect a gust and some smooth water at the same time.

So put the 5.3 on the 48 with my reboxed 19.5 45deg assy, haven't tried this fin in this board before, wanted to see how it works.

Put a kilo or so of lead in my jacket as another trial.

Didn't get the forecast gust, but the one I did get felt really nice, everything balanced and light, just hoping for some decent wind before the month ends.

Iso 76, CR 6.7, LE 27 weedie + vector Rockit 30.

Rolled up thinking wind would pick up around 3. Sailed up wind with the hour in mind, and an increase in wind. Wind didnt really pick up but still powered most of the time. Didn't get the PB I was chasing, 0.18 of a knot short. Still happy with itLaughing. See you all tomorrow!!

rolled up at melville thinking there would be only at light breeze so rigged the 7.8 then farted about a bit on the beach before hitting the water at 4 ish, holy sheeet theres some wind out here so scurried back unco-ly to shore only after 1 run and rigged the 7.noticed some crew starting to do some speed runs over the bar,the weeds thining out at last, headed more upwind there later in the day to try my luck and managed a few runs but some I still was catching some weed as the lassecher is only about 35-40 degrees of rake.still a nice days sailin Smile

Glory Holes, Australind, WA, AU

F2SX68, RSR 7.8m, 34FO weedster

Typical weak Bunno seabreeze. After a  couple of speed runs i realised that it was not windy enough for anmy exciting speeds so i spent a enjoyable couple of hrs crusing around in th smooth water. Even had a crack at a few alphas.

Bring on tromorrowTongue out
