Canton Beach, NSW, AU

Nice sail, Mistral Edge (old one), Gaastra M6 6.6, NP CK95 mast and a cut down Fins?? point made into a weedy.

Had a couple of big stacks, a nice slide on my back and a sore shin from the other, ripped the mast foot cup off in that one.....good for a laugh from the shore.

Canton Beach, NSW, AU Mrs gave me a pass for a quick sail. So windy and heaps of guys out. Miller, and Nicko were hookin on the SPEED boards and both proved that you can still gybe those puppies no worries welldone boys you looked so fast. Big Matty was crackin, good to see ya massive one.I got a 34.3 peak which i was stoked with but only had around a 30.5 10 sec peak so I knew she was coming down, still smilin, wooooo Go marauders and go Miller with smashing 35 woooooooooooooo. Onya Buddy. 4.9 Koncept 26 finworks weedy 92 JP slalom.

Nice cruisy sail at Queens Lake. Consistent Ne at 15 knots for the first hour, then gradually died when a thunder storm moved in.

Phil sailed from the sailing club. Good fun but just short of 10,000 km,s, hopefully we get the forecast southerly tomorrow.

Fanatic Ray 125, Gaastra 7.5m Gtx, Jp 36cm weedy.

Phil Bennett (505km):

Queens Lake, NSW, AU Fun but short run at Queens. Like Steve said, good for 1 hour then dead from then on. Had a few good runs right across the lake so got some more feel for the straps and body positioning with the new beast. Tried to catch Steve but that's not possible..lol Made 90 percent of my crappy gybes, and 100 percent tacks so very happy with that. Bath warm water, board shorts and sea-shirt, gotta love that!

F2 Sx 106 lt, 6.6 GP2 and some fancy weed fin.

Booti Booti, NSW, AU. NE wind looked just like yesterday, but was gusty and not so much inshore so speed strip was nowhere near as good. Some gusty bullets a bit stronger, but big holes as well. When the blisters from yesterday that I did not know I had, got worn off on the boom (I thought my hands were just sore from yesterday) I called it a day. The storm  that arrived an hour later did the same for everyone else.

Booti Booti Point, NSW, AU Great session today.NE wind was up early and looking like a carbon copy of yesterday. We could see a storm brewing out the back and knew we had limited time.Out with the 6.5GTX SL79 Falcon and Vector27 weed speed.Like the day before, a bit patchy inshore, wild out back.Stuck with it for some really nice long runs further out.The tide was like yesterday, low and nice and flat,in fact I thought it was better than yesterday.Had a ball but the body was looking for a more relaxing sail and swapped to the SL104 and 34BP weedy for a few more runs on the very flat inside.Comfy sailing!Smile

Hamish, Big Pete, Dave, Bill,Ella, Anton and Chris on water making the most of the wind before it died off about 3.00.Pity the wind didn't hang in there for Andre and Matt, who were looking for a nice afternoon session. The southerly blew in at 5.00, but short-lived.

Port Macquarie, NSW, AU, Sailed at Jordans. Arrived just when Mark and Greg got out of the water. Wind had died but went out for a quick sail anyways as i was so keen and there was the odd gust. Borrowed Gregs Gear, Tanks Heaps Greg, saved me rigging up, was probably the only reason i thought i would have a go. Bobbing round most of the time but had a couple of planing runs. Nothing to get excited about but better being out than on shore.

Beat me by .5 Mick! I do have a 34.19 on the gps but can't find where it is in the ruins that I've done.

Johnny, where's the 35? Great work!

Anyone know the setting I need to change so my gps shows max speed instead of my last run? Cheers

Matt on your GT-31 you can click on your TRIP METER, and set it on TRIP MAX SPEED page. Then you can see your Max Speed all the time. Just zero your odometer, trip max speed, total time in your trip meter before sailing.

After sailing once I have recorded me session I pause my Trip Meter , then zero odometer, trip max speed & total time. I then turn the GT-31 off. I then put my SD card back in the GT-31. It now is ready for the next time I sail. Once you turn it back on the Trip Meter will start again.
