Joined Hardy for an hr attempt, wind a bit too up and down for a good result, Elmo may do better the wind seemed to be picking up.

I made all my gybes, but struggled to get planning after the first one, took a lot of pumping before I managed it.

Only did one tack out instead of my normal 2 so ended up further down wind behind the Island, that wasn't bad as I found some flat water, and made my last run more of a bear off.

Underpowered half the time on the Avi 6.0, Albany weed has taken the edge of the 25.5 cm fin so I was spinning out much more than usual. Used these with the 53cm board.

Wow that was fun and exciting, felt like I was sailing tonight.

Got down there to find a few white caps about so rigged same as last night expecting the wind to fade as is it's normal want.

Tonight it didn't fade, tonight it picked up, The plan was to back up Hardz and Decrep on another waistline reduction session, this time sailed straight across to Claudesville, bloody hell it was junky all the way to the platform, but once past it all started to flatten out again, went right into Claudeville and turned and headed back, woo hoo excitement +, some good airtime was to be had flying over the chop, unfortunately discovered that my back foot strap was set wrong and a monster cramp in my foot came on, thought it was going to screw up my attempt as my foot hurt like a bastard and took a couple of km's after the gybe to get it back right.

Went back over to Claudesville and decided to play over there doing runs back to the platform so as not to stress my foot again, twas a lot of fun but getting a bit of a concern as the wind just kept on gaing strength and I knew the return run was awaiting. with 5 mins left in the hour decided to do the footbreaker, fortunately I was a bit upwind so it allowed me to pick my way through the swell and chop still exciting but a bit easier.

Got back and did one more short run for luck  and then flagged it, got back to shore and found I'd worn a hole in the top of my foot.

Good to see Shane, Tomski (just return from a pleasant afternoons Formula play) and Stroppo looking like he's just returned from Mardi grasWink nice looking sail.

Well happy with the hour Nº 4 on my list.

Good times good timesCool

Nice going Elmo, thought it was picking up, but I didn't have enough left in the tank for another try.

Tim the toolman may have bitten me on the arse todayEmbarassed

I thunk I would've been a wee bit more comfortable on the 70cm with a 7m but fun, stoked that I made all my gybes.

Zinc tablets!!! You will never have cramp again (old motocross trick). And creatine monohydrate. Every morning rain hail or shine. MM will get another 100 years out of youCool
